    Musings: #GaneebanTris – Week 4

2/3 of the way done. When you start training six weeks kinda sounds daunting. Now that I’m in the thick (if you can be in the thick with only six weeks) of it, it seems to be flying past me. The halfway mark felt like I hit the wall. I’m not as excited as I was originally was. Not sure if it’s hormonal or just life, but I’ve lost some lust for the tri!           As week 3 of tri training closed, I still am #MidtownStrong. I hope I treat this body and especially my stems good so I can keep ballin’ at the ripe old age of 70 (I swear that’s how old some of them are…or appear to be)! My rose was playing in Valley Cup (women’s soccer tournament) and our last co-ed outdoor soccer game, FIVE soccer games in total! Tied with my cousin graduating…

    ‘eeeef Friday

It’s Friday. Its Fabulous. Five Fabulous “F” things going on in my life…     Firsts’: Going to the Chiro today, excited and nervous. I hope he doesn’t tweak me in a bad way, race on Sunday. I need to be on my A game for the 10th anniversary of the #NWM!   Flexin’: I’m feeling strong. After doing my assisted pull-ups yesterday, I’m ready to check this goal off the list – do more than one pull-up, unassisted! This will happen soon and I know Midtown Strength and Conditioning will get me to this goal. But this picture is way better to represent “flexin’,” can’t wait for game day,…
